As part of Elefest, a festival celebrating the currently redeveloping Elephant and Castle area, the Cinema Museum will be opening its doors not only for tours, but for a series of screenings for all ages. Apart from a chance to see the eclectic, chaotic collection of film memorabilia stretching back 100 years or more in the museum itself, guests can see Jo Cornish’s acclaimed scifi-comedy Attack the Block, and trash cinema champions Filmbar70 have a sexy and psychedelic mix of films programmed in their Sci-Fi 70 All-nighter programme, which includes Sean Connery in Zardoz.
