Mike Cahill's I, Origins opens the Raindance 2014 Film Festival

Stealing a march on the BFI London Film Festival, London's premiere indie film festival, now in it's 22nd year, announced it's own line-up for 2014 yesterday.

Raindance presents films and web series from around the world, celebrating and supporting independent, new and alternative filmmakers.The 2014 Raindance Film Festival will take place from the 24th September – 5th October 2014 in central London (Piccadilly Circus), screening 100 feature films and over 150 short films. Tickets can be bought here.

The Opening Night Gala screening will be of Mike Cahill’s I Origins, on the 24th of September at Vue West End. 

The Closing Night Gala, partnered by Viewster Online Film Fest, will be the acclaimed Dutch film Wolf from writer/director Jim Taihuttu.
